Do you need anything from me when you arrive?

All I need from you is your pet! The van runs on a generator and holds 50 gallons of water.

How long does a groom take?

Typically most grooms take 1 hour to 1 hr 15 min. It all depends on how well the pet behaves, the type of hair, the condition of the hair, and the type of haircut.

Can I watch you groom?

I don't recommend it. Pets seem to put on a "show" if the owner is present. Allowing me to take them alone builds a trust between myself and your pet.

Can you give my dog's flea/tick application when you are done?

I don't recommend it. All veterinarians I have talked with have told me you need to wait 48 hours before and after the bath to give it. It works better with the skin's natural oils.
